As some of you may have heard, when a clock reads "11:11" you're supposed to make a wish. Since her first year of undergrad, Laura has loved to participate in this tradition which grew into a general love for the number eleven. So, it seems only fitting that on November 11, 2011 (11/11/11) at precisely 11:11 Scott decided to participate in this tradition and make the biggest wish of his life... That Laura would agree to be his wife!
Taking a trip out to the mountains, Laura and Scott enjoyed a fun filled day which included a relaxing soak in the natural hot springs. When the clock struck 11:11, Scott turned to Laura and asked her to make a wish, she closed her eyes tight and made her wish. Scott proceeded to tell her that he wished he could make all of her wishes come true... "and I have just one more wish..." he explained... he got down on one knee, pulled out the ring, and the rest is history!
