Once upon a time, in the city of Calgary, there was a charming guy named Scott and a beautiful girl named Laura. It was somewhat by chance that their paths crossed in February 2011, and was not long after when Scott asked Laura out on a date. He took her downtown to the Olympic Oval where they skated round and round the small ice pond (as the tale is told, they went around at least 500 times), not wanting the night to end. In the coming days, weeks and months they went on many more dates which included an Indiana Jones dinner theater (where they were both called up on stage to participate), made homemade pizza and attended a Calgary Flames game!!!As the time came and past, they grew closer and closer in their relationship and were rarely separated for more than a day at a time. They truly enjoyed every moment together, whether it was going out on a date, building a snowman, going for a walk, or just hanging out playing with Play-Doh (Scott's idea).
As they continue to enjoy each and every day spent together, they continue to grow closer and closer and are without a doubt best friends and soul mates. They are both excited to continue this journey and to follow God's direction in their future days to come.
